At the time of leasing I was shown a brochure that I could have a dash cam installed. I paid the money and left my car for installation. The next day I was told that Toyota doesn’t make a camera for the 2023 Venza Limited. After researching, I found that not to be the case. I found a number of ‘23 Venza owners who sent me pictures with the Toyota dash cam installed. I’m so confused!

To be honest I noticed my vehicle was done and sitting outside for about 15-20 minutes before someone even approached me to let me know it was done. After going over paperwork I was told it would be about 5-7 minutes to process and set up my appointment. At this point it had passed the one hour mark for a simple oil change that I squeezed into my schedule. I was then put on hold when a walk in happened and took all attention for at least 10 minutes to explain and talk over their situation while I was still waiting to get my key and paperwork to finally pay and leave. It would be nice to have one customer taken care of completely before taking on another situation that showed up randomly.
