For a oil change and tire rotation should not take over 1-1/2 hour after being told it should be about 45min

Service was fine but as a retired Toyota employee, a 20% discount on parts should be honored at all Toyota service centers. Was told “new owners” don’t honor this.
Isaiah was great at check-in. He was very knowledgeable about the recall and customer support notices. He was also very helpful about what I needed to do to upgrade my dynamic navigation system. However, my car sat completed after the multi-point service on the lot for 1/2 an hour before anyone checked me out. It seemed the checkout process was a bit chaotic. Uncharacteristic of the Lillard dealership.
All went smoothly & well.
