Nicholas was thorough, carefully explained the next things needed on the car, and I finished with a plan for next steps in the months ahead to keep the car operating optimally.
I was scheduled for an oil change and repair of my sun visor.
After waiting I had no oil change and my sun visor cold not be repaired so a new one was ordered.
I have to come back and sit through the whole thing again on Friday.

$160+ bill for a loose gas cap seems excessive. There is something seriously wrong with a car that turns on a check engine light two weeks after a fill up because the gas cap supposedly wasn’t tight.
Nicholas answered all of my questions and was very helpful. The only thing that I was not happy about is that there was no protective plastic covers for the driver seat. And at my old Toyota dealership if I payed $20.00 they would wash and vacuum the truck.

We had dash cam installed, no one to show how to use it. The service department guy who checked us out said he would find Isiah to explain. After 29 mins said no one could help us and he would send instruction manual in email and never received it. Spent 57k on car, signed papers so it could get brought in. Had 500+ miles on car. Very frustrated with whole experience. Salesman was great did what he could to remedy the issue but is what it is I guess?

Service was adequate! Other Toyota dealers wash the car & do the windows. The prices are like highway robbery. When you’re on a fixed income you are forced to get proper medical care and other met our necessary needs. I don’t want to complain, but you need to evaluate the facts & decide if you are willing to lose business!
