Personally I don’t like all the text communication. I prefer face to face.
I was left wondering when someone was going to come & talk to me about my vehicle.
We were more than satisfied with the service today. The explanation given for service was clear, And any questions were answered to our satisfaction.
Also, the salesperson with whom we talked,"Chef", was very very good.
Max went out of his way to answer my questions about issues I had when going through the car wash.
Please do not place service stickers on people’s windows without cleaning the area the old one was placed, it makes it look terrible. Thanks!

He was friendly and knew what he was talking about and answered my questions so I understood what was going on.

Nobody let me know when my car was done and I finally got tired of waiting and went up and asked and it had been done for a while and my keys were hanging on the wall.
You guys worked on my car on Friday, Sunday I was pulled over for not having break lights. The only reason I didn’t get a ticket, was I had the inspection paperwork with me. It showed that the lights had passed the inspection. I’m not sure how that was not caught….maybe just checked off….
Seemed like service was cold and. It as warm as Micheal and Isiah. They are always welcoming.

A woman from the dealership called me around 7-31 to set up my second Toyota Care appointment, I set it up for 8-10 at 10:15am. Right after hanging up I realized I had a conflict so I called right back and rescheduled for the 10th at 10:00am. I hadn’t gotten a reminder text so I called at 8:15 on the 10th to confirm my 10am appointment and there was no record of it. The woman I spoke to told me to come in and they’d get me in. Perfect! When I showed up at 9:45am, the woman who was checking me in had no idea what I was talking about and I wasn’t on the schedule. I retold the history of the phone calls and she told me they’d get it done. It was frustrating to not have my appointment on the schedule and frustrating to have to go over it all again. In the end, I got the oil changed, but not before a lot of conversation.
Isaiah did a thorough, timely job, and explained everything to me that I needed to understand.
