Hi Joe,
All of the work on my car was great. I sent you a note letting you know that I do wish the guy who did my oil change would have put a sticker in the upper left hand corner of the windshield to remind me when my next service is due. I know the guy's must wonder who in the world looks at that, well I for one do, lol. And he forgot to reset my oil life on the dash. All minor things but it is just those things that make the job perfect. Thanks

All ways great service. As it is said sales sells you the 1st car. Service brings you back to the dealership for the next one. In our case we’ve purchased 5 Acuras at Schaller. Even though it was just an oil change I still got back a clean car. I appreciate the competitive pricing. I work at a dealership but prefer my service records be with Acura

There was little communication at the culmination of service. I had to call to ask for an explanation of the service. The was to call me, yet again I had to call. I had to return to get documentation of the service. Although, I was told that alll hands were on deck for my dysfunctional 2023 RDX, the communication was subpar.
