I was very happy with Jason’s customer service from the time I checked in and until I checked out. He said they would wash and vac my car. It wasn’t vacuumed at all and the car wash wasn’t the greatest.

P/S note that I’m not ready for a new car now. I’ve made a lot of investments in the 2004 Acura MDX. Example: Brand new tires about 6 weeks old, changed timing belt twice and much much more. When the time is right, I definitely will remember Joe’s Team.

Brian is, and always has been, to me, for over 20 years, been awesome. However, paying $400 for a glorified oil change is very disappointing. I am now retired and this is a lot of money for a simple service
