I am very happy with the service.
Brian is awesome. The payment option via text asked me for my wireless provider in order to complete the transaction. That’s a stopper. Also, the car wash, which delayed delivery, was not good. Front passenger side wasn’t vacuumed, windshield was visibly very dirty, seat wasn’t even close to returned to normal, lots of settings were altered- I suspect the person was unfamiliar with the car, but this has never happened at Schaller (and this car has been serviced there before).

It wasn’t Joe who helped me today but rather it was Jason ****. I was completely happy with the service today. Both Jason and Brian Coughlin have ALWAYS been so courteous and helpful (and I have been a Schaller Acura customer continuously since 1990!).
