i drop my car from 2:20pm and didn’t get my car back until 4:45pm and i had to go to the service desk to ask for my car . was very disappointed with the service and frustrated
I came for oil change but my oil indicator this morning shows 60 percent. The same percentage it had when I brought the car for service. I’m not sure if the oil change was done or not!.

The recent problem with the faulty keyless control unit caused a great deal of unnecessary stress. The car alarm started blaring at 2:30 am and continued every 15 minutes. The second tow truck had to lift the car and tow it to Acura in Manchester. We paid an exorbitant amount to have this unexpected repair~$1,245.05. Is there any recourse? Our family has owned only Acura's for over 30 years. Please contact me if there is any hope for remuneration? If not, you may lose a very loyal family of Acura owners.

i felt i was waiting a while for my oil change (an hour & 20 minutes) & a while after seeing my car done out front i went inside & everyone was talking to eachother. the employee helping me then jumped when he saw me & said my car was done. just wish someone grabbed me a bit sooner when my car was done

I was there for an oil change. Scheduled for 8:45. It wasn’t done until 10:25. The wait time of 1 hour 40 minutes is too long for an oil change. Other than that the service was fine.
I don’t recognize the name of the person listed above. My car was sold to me by Michael Uhlman. Michael was away at a meeting when my car was delivered to the dealership. Brian Savo completed the sale, facilitated the registration of my vehicle and facilitated the repair of a faulty air conditioner tube which caused a leak within a week of my taking possession of my vehicle. This is the second time I’ve left with the oil life not reset, not sure if it’s lack of attention to detail or technicians glossing over it. In addition, left dealership with a knew problem on the vehicle.
My car is still making a noise in which that’s why I paid to get it diagnosed I tried calling and left a message and yet have not received a call back
