While the car looked great, it appears armor all was used on my weather tech mats. They are dangerously slippery and any detailer should know it's NOT recommended for weather tech. Also, I'm not sure how far my car was driven. I filled up the gas tank the night before pickup and it was retuned with 1/2 tank 43.7 miles from Pick up & 25.7 miles to return. It seems excessive. I'll see how the brakes work this week. Craig was Great with Communication.
I really appreciate the services rendered at your facility. The associates were polite, courteous and dealt with me very professional. I've serviced my car for years at Acura in Berlin, but my experience here was totally different and I do appreciate it

Great above and beyond service
I drive from Springfield,Ma just to get an oil change here and I didnt feel good about this experience this time. For one my oil change was more pricey than it usually is, im thinking because the advisor took the coupon off because I didnt get the services he recommended. My car was vacuumed but did not get the car wash. I feel like for the service and price I paid, was not worth the 48 min drive this time and is rethinking if I will come next time
Verbal quote for service 2021 Honda CRV lx AWD A123 service. Your service department stated $480 as the estimate for this service excluding tire rotation because I just had the tires replaced The final bill for service is $580 and maximum cost listed on receipt was $600
This has never happened before as all quotes matched price for services rendered. Kindly advise me of this disconnect within your firm.
