FYI not complaining but you should know
My invoice states vacuum front floor - I appreciate that and don’t recall it being done when in for service for quite some time. However only driver’s side was vacuumed. Passenger side looked like it had not been touched.
I would not have noticed at all had I not looked at invoice because I was not expecting it
Otherwise all was good.
When I made the appointment I requested no car wash (just had the car washed the day before) and no tire rotation (just had the tires rotated the weeks before). When I dropped off the car I reiterated my requests. Justin wrote them down on a sticky note. Upon picking up my car I could see that it had been washed - the windows had been wiped down and were very streaky. My concern is that maybe neither of my requests got to the service technician and my tires were also rotated. Can someone check with the service technician (wonder if he would remember?). Thank you.
Service was great especially since they were able to squeeze me in on a short notice.

I asked that my K & N reusable air filter be returned to me. It wasn't. The mileage sticker for next oil change placed on my window indicates a mileage that is lower than the miles I had on my car when I brought it in for service. My tires were rotated and balanced. I never requested this service. I waited over and hour and a half for an oil change and replacement of air filter. This should not have taken more than a half hour at most.
The services performed were fine; But the tire rotation was not done.
Nick was very professional and kept me informed about my car. I’m very thankful he was able to fix the oil pump leak while it was apart.

Back in the days i praise your service department.. Excellent work. But now I don't know. The department fell bottom, Not the quality service That I normally receive.
