I was very happy with the service that I got at the time . they had to do a hard reset but there is still an issue that it still says see the dealer. so I don’t know if there’s a Microsoft update that needs to be done? Additionally, but I may have to make another appointment to come back because it’s still it works, but it still says see the dealer in Orange! What do you suggest. I have no complaints as the service department worked hard to get this up and running.

During booking, due to the timing of wait I was mentioned to take shuttle service. During service I was told it will take maximum 2hr to 2 and half hour, so I prefer to stay so by 9.30 by latest I could return. But it took 10.40am. I was not told correctly the timing. Also my oil reset was not done. So I told and Justin came and did the reset. My car was vacuumed and washed but car was not washed correctly and lots of soapy and dusty still was sticking to the surface. So I have to wash it again in Auto wash in the afternoon. I was not told correct timing for which my office was late otherwise I could have come by shuttle and could have done my office on time. But I had to take half a day off on that day. So I was very upset.

I made an appointment for 9:30 AM and did not leave until around 11:45 AM. I have a mechanics in my family who typically helped me service my past car regularly, but since I bought this car CPO with a warranty, I figured I would put that to use. When I checked in, I asked the person helping me about how long it would take and he said about an hour and 15 to an hour and 25. As soon as I walked in, I realized how many people were in the lobby and realize it would probably an hour and 25 minutes. at around 10:50 AM the person assisting me came to me and said that he was getting a signal saying that I needed a transmission flush and it was gonna be $325. I’ve always felt like car dealerships leaned towards taking advantage of women and I feel like this definitely proved my point. After sitting in the waiting room for two hours, I was very annoyed so I walked up and another worker offered to help me. He mentioned that there was about 52 appointments that were made in the morning so it was very busy. I told him I definitely understand and I saw how many people were in the waiting room, but if I had known, I would be waiting two hours I would’ve never even considered bringing my car here for an oil change or any other service. He apologized and got my car for me. I think they started to wash it, but rushed the finish because I didn’t want to wait longer and now I have water marks across multiple windows and mirrors on my car. I truly was just going to let it go but multiple times throughout the day I’ve gotten messages asking for my feedback and reminding me of how truly inconveniencing this experience was to me.

I was told there possibly was a recall on the car my warranty also expires 7/31 and I specifically went to this location because I was told I’d get a loaner vehicle…. I also told them the charging spot for cell phone has never worked they told me that would be $180 to look at… If it’s not working and I’m still under warranty y would I be charged $180 … I went in and fully explained my issues showed the guy my battery and how it was rigged( wired just enough to drive) and needed a quote on cost to fix because clearly it shouldn’t be that way… I told them water had gotten into trunk causing battery wiring issues they told me another $180 when obviously that’s something that should be under warranty also…. As I waited over 3 hrs and was told there was no loaner vehicles I was charged $207 and absolutely nothing was checked all they did was supposedly reset computer … I then asked if it was even safe to drive that way with wires incorrectly done they said it was fine I said even for long term n they said yes I then asked if I can just order the part i needed and asked for the quote on fixing was sent to parts dept n they told guy the wrong part so the guy sat there searching not knowing a clue as to the part even tho I had the screenshot with description on my phone and was showing him I really didn’t trust it’d even be the correct part so I just left… I am sooooo dissatisfied with the entire visit they absolutely were not listening to a word I said and charged me for literally nothing… mind u it was over a 1 hr drive… If it was made clear during scheduling appt I was being charged when they specifically squeezed me in today before my warranty expired what was the point. I want a refund and for management to call me directly because this is absolutely unacceptable
