I wasn’t impressed with Noah. He was not welcoming or friendly. His eye contact was poor. Yes he took care of me in a timely manner. I don’t see how a representative can change this experience. Maybe he’s new. Perhaps his day wasn’t going well.
There’s no need to contact me. I would ask for Darcy ( I think that’s her name) next time that’s who helped me on my initial phone contact.

This was the most frustrating engagement I’ve ever had with a JLR dealership. Having owned 5 JLR vehicles over the years, this experience has left me truly questioning my
brand loyalty. This dealership in my
opinion is a poor representative of what the JLR experience should be.
Staff members are very well trained and polite. Customer service make you feel comfortable in explaining to you how long the process will take on checking your vehicle in being video inspection. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends.
