No complementary car was offered and my car was being serviced for two weeks
This is already my third trip for service in 7 months. I appreciate that the service department schedules me very quickly and my issue is handled expediently. I would appreciate a loaner when ever it is needed to keep my vehicle as that is what I am accustomed to and I have been without a vehicle for several days. I also would like it noted how dissatisfied I am with the key fobs not automatically unlocking my doors as I approach, regardless of which bag my keys are in or even in my pocket. HUGE INCONVENIENCE.

Leland was very knowledgeable and professional in his discussions of services to be preform. Leland offered various options for payment of services. Leland really made it easy to return for additional assistance in the future

Kat has been the best person I have dealt with at Arrowhead. My prior experiences were not great but Kat changed my mind. She was great!
3% credit card fee charged to do business with your service department is unreasonable. There is a price of doing business and this should be one of those items. I don’t argue with your labor rates, parts markup, and your time allotted to perform the service. Which is more expensive than my home Land Rover dealership in NM. I have multiple Defenders and ranger rovers thru out the country. First service department to charge a credit card convenience fee, nope not returning here!

Katerina,in the service department, was extremely helpful. She took the time to go through what our service agreement entailed. When we bought our Jaguar, we were not given detailed information on what to expect.I feel the salesman and the finance person could have taken more interest in explaining the details of the Jaguar product. Kat was very thorough. I really appreciate her professionalism.
