I don’t often write reviews. But I definitely need to after working with Leland Paxson. His customer service was an 11 out of a 10! From our first interaction, Leland was professional and friendly! He wanted to make sure we were taken care of as customers. Throughout our interaction, he kept us updated throughout the whole process. He genuinely cared about our Defender getting fixed and you could clearly see that through his interactions with us! We have worked with other dealerships in the past and this was the best experience we have ever had! You guys are very lucky to have someone like Leland on your team!

My Rover was not fixed and no one could figure out the problem of the tire pressure monitoring fault. My light came back on 20 minutes after leaving and I have no answers. I will have to find another rover dealership. Bummer

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received! Requested manager. Was denied multiple times. Car was there for multiple weeks and was lied to multiple times. Was also told manager Dragan, does not have a manager. He is the top person in charge. He did not follow through as promised. Will never return, and will make sure to NEVER recommend this joke of a place!

I took my vehicle to a different dealer for our first time maintenance. That was an awful experience so I decided to take it to where I bought my vehicle. My sales rep connected me with Josh. Josh was excellent and so was the service. Even though it’s farther than my closer dealer, I’ll be taking my vehicle to Land Rover Arrowhead moving forward! First class service!

No complementary car was offered and my car was being serviced for two weeks
This is already my third trip for service in 7 months. I appreciate that the service department schedules me very quickly and my issue is handled expediently. I would appreciate a loaner when ever it is needed to keep my vehicle as that is what I am accustomed to and I have been without a vehicle for several days. I also would like it noted how dissatisfied I am with the key fobs not automatically unlocking my doors as I approach, regardless of which bag my keys are in or even in my pocket. HUGE INCONVENIENCE.
