Could not have had better service. Leland arranged a loaner vehicle for me, The tech fixed my check engine light problem and my car was shiny cleaned when I picked it up the next day. Exceeded my expectations.

We had a wonderful experience with Leland and the dealership we got both our cars serviced in a timely manner and look forward to seeing Leland again next year we do have concerns about the direction that Jaguar has decided to take and will be watching to see the direction the Brand goes with their decision to go all electric and leave behind the owners that have been with them for years!!

Service was very professional. But I was frustrated by the lack of any definitive answers to basic questions, such as what the price of service would be, what time my car would be ready, whether a coupon would be accepted and at what value, etc. It seems to be the staff is taught to be pleasant, polite and vague. The first two attributes are great, the third, not so much.
