The second key does not work
Terrific experience and Nick was key to that. I was from out of town and worried about the check engine light coming on when I was on the road. The whole team was so helpful and understanding. Nick looked after me like I was a regular Arizona customer when I frankly expected to be treated as an outsider.
I had multiple conversations with the sales and service teams and everyone was professional and fantastic. You can tell when an organization is well managed and run when people are genuinely happy to be there. That was the impression I got and and my experience at Arrowhead
Bailey called on a Thursday saying he could be there in an hour and a half and I wasn’t even home. There was absolutely no advance service opportunity, so my BMW never even got touched. He said he couldn’t do the recall work. No notice. No follow up on a Saturday. Just a last minute call.
