Michael went above and beyond by getting my bmw with a technician right away and ensuring additional precautions were taken to find a potential parasitic power draw in the vehicle. After no parasitic draw was identified, the battery was replaced right away and I was back on the road. Thank you!
Jef Rasmussen is always phenomenal in getting me in and getting me out. He listens, gives me options I had not thought about, and keeps me informed on the progress of my service. Arrowhead BMW never disappoints. Additionally, I’m sitting waiting for my car to be serviced, and Nathan, operations manager comes out of his office and calls me by name. That’s right, by name, and sits and talks to me for a good fifteen minutes. Very impressed he knew my name. Screw Scottsdale BMW. Arrowhead BMW is the place to go.

I thank you guys for taking the time to figure out my issue I went in worried it would be something worse, so far warning message hasn't came back on so thank you again.
Sorry for being rude but I had to wait 5 hours for my tire to get repaired but boy do they sure want an immediate payment. I paid an insurance for my tires and now they are deciding to change the rules on the coverage by applying a $100 mobile fee. Finally, BMW sure can punch you in the gut when you pay for an expensive fight (car).
