I’ve been a BMW customer for over a decade and this and last time I was in was honestly the best service experience I’ve had so far I also want to mention that I wasn’t able to leave a review during my last visit because I was having issues with the app but my advisor has consistently been amazing always kind, professional, and genuinely attentive every time I come in.During my most recent visit, the gentleman who checked me in his name is Frankie he was just as impressive He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient he got me in and out quickly and made sure I felt heard and understood What stood out most is he got the job done when my original advisor was out that day Mike and Frankie are both respectful and kind.
