Joe Lazar is amazing! The issue is that the previous service tech did not repair lower control arms and I paid over 4K in service and my warranty was not used. Looking for reimbursement for it
The guy that came out was named Austin not Francisco and he was given the wrong part to fix my cars camera. I do appreciate immensely the house call service. I think that’s a great benefit of getting service at Arrowhead.

Steve and the technician Cole did what I asked them to do. Cole found an oil leak and fixed it. He didn't use the bolts nuts I brought in. Outside of that this was very good experience with Arrowhead bmw.

Troy provided exceptional and exemplary service! From the instant I noticed the damage to my seats, Trey was very concerned and sent it for approval. He arranged an equivalent loaner for the drop off and inspected the vehicle upon repair completion. Troy kept me informed during the whole process. He also had the wheel repaired; excellent work spotting that damage as well. Troy remains my go-to guy! Thank you Troy! Outstanding service!
