Jacob did the best he could but I found it disappointing that I had a 10 am drop off for a regular service and was told my car wouldn’t be ready until the next day. It appears my car was not even touched until 3-3:30 that day. What is the point of making a drop off appointment weeks in advance?

Antonio **** is an outstanding Service Advisor. He is very knowledgeable and professional in providing updates to us on the status of the repairs to our vehicle. Antonio went the extra mile in researching the warranty coverage for payment of a needed repair. He’s really a nice guy and your company is fortunate to have him as an employee.

This Lyft thing doesn't work! This morning after dropping my car off you folks provided a Lyft driver who spoke NO English. Iknew I was in trouble when he went straight across the intersection at Union Hills rather than turning right at Union Hills. After clearing the intersection of Union Hills and the access road I made enough noise to cause the driver to pull over. With pointing and various grunts he gave me his phone and I entered my address in Westbrook Village. The strange thing is that the address he had was 13945 N Thunderbird Rd Sun City, which is the street address of my house in Prescott but obviously not Sun City. I'm not sure how that address was derived but, hey, with computers you can do everything. On picking up my car I called the dealer and requested a ride. Remembering what had happened in the morning I verified the address the service guy was sending the Lyft driver to. All was well. Go outside to wait and receive my Lyft txt. Pickup address was 19300 Westbrook Pkwy .... close, but not close enough (and NO unit # or appt #). FORTUNATELY, the driver lived in Westbrook Village and asked if I lived in the towers or the condos, so we got that worked out. Had he NOT lived in Westbrook Village and noticed the problem he would have gone to 19300 Westbrook Pkwy, waited his 5 mins and left and I'd be even more upset. It's undoubtedly cheaper for you folks to depend on Lyft to unload some of your responsibility but the quality of the TOTAL Volvo experience includes customer pickup and delivery and here, in my opinion, you fail miserably. (This was my second interaction with Volvo service, in the first there was also a problem with the Lyft/Volvo connection but as it was many months ago I've forgotten the details. HOWEVER, 3 out of 4 attempts is not an enviable record. A couple Chrysler vans with some Arrowhead Volvo wrap may cost you more but would provide better service.

Well I dropped my vehicle off at 930 Monday, I was told there were no loaners, but maybe later that day someone would call me and offer a loaner. I never received a call or even a status update on my vehicle. I am without a vehicle and have no clue how long. I thought for sure someone would call and let me know what was going on. Looking for better service from Arrowhead than i recieve in Tucson. Thank you.

Jake was great to work with. He’s professional, provided excellent follow through and updates on the status of my car repair. Getting it repaired through warranty is an huge plus too. Jake worked that company to get the information they requested. Additionally, on this weekend when my engine light came on warning about coolant loss, I was provided a tow through Volvo. That was seamless service as well.
