I had requested an oil change at the time I made an appointment to do a diagnostic test. When I arrived I was told they didn't have time for an oil change because they didn't have it as an oil change appointment. They also would
not offer a loaner car since I didn't purchase my GMC from them and the diagnostic was going to take "at least a week".
