I could not be more pleased with this service visit. I asked them to check on a couple of issues other than the recall repair, and they were honest enough to not push things that were in fact ok. And, they found that one problem was still covered under warranty, when I thought that oart of the warranty had expired. Excellent customer service!!!

I am satisfied with Jay but after 4 or 5 trips there my truck is still not fixed!! This not Jays fault but GMC has a problem with the radio in my truck!!
Through no fault of his own, some service items were completed that we had not discussed when I dropped off the vehicle. When I indicated that I would have preferred to address them myself, he agreed to refund the cost of the service items. I will definitely be back for my future vehicle service needs!!!

Service person who answers phone went beyond duty to get me in. Service completed as requested to my knowledge this time. Sister has had 2nd stroke and I will be driving alone to NC.Previous told older grumpy dude service brake assist and service park assist and assist steering disabled. Said put on machine no issues. Paid my 79 something. Came home from NC. Car would not crank. Neighbor about 80 years old tells me all my issues are battery. Seems everyone but Buick dealer knows it. NAPA, O’Reily’s. Really??? I was put at risk on open road. Old lady alone. Well now maybe you know. I told old dude… he did not care. Ladies at cashier and others are wonderful and kind.
