As always I had a tremendous experience at this location. I was helped by Jeff and Leslie and they were incredibly helpful and professional. Leslie even grabbed my golf clubs out of my car (which was being looked at ahead of schedule!). Above and beyond!

I brought my car in to get a state inspection completed and did not know that the car got rejected until AFTER I paid and was going to drive off. I went back to the receptionist and let him know that this was complete BS that I got a rejection sticker because of my tints and no one communicated to let me know. His response to me was “well no one told me about it either.” That’s a miscommunication between your team. The courteous thing to do would have been to alert me to the fact that my tints would not pass, as I was unaware that they were not a legal percentage. I am in sales myself and I know exactly what should have been done to let the customer know. Extremely poor customer service.
