I put in a used engine and is over $9000 cost. And there was not a time up on it so 6 months later spark plugs cost over $500 not really happy and my engine cove was cracked in putting process of change and engine before was always kept very clean as in using fully synthetic oil and cover comes back cracked very dirty please call me back ****-****-xxxx

Stop insulting your customers. That is an overhead charge already factored into your service rates. Plus you claim your paying you Cc processor 3.5%. Your idiots or liars. Which is it? If you're paying that high of a fee, change processor. Standard Visa/Mc rates are 2.5%. So, are you trying to make a profit on your processing?
