Extra cc charge is ridiculous.
Although I missed my appointment time, I was told to come in. My car was diagnosed and fixed while I waited.
The service that I got was great and 5 star but the building itself was lacking a lot. For the amount of money we pay for an acura they need to do an update to the building and outside

Since I began leasing my vehicle, an Acura TLX 2021, the navigation system required an update. I began leasing my vehicle in September 2021. I followed the instructions to purchase a 32 MB memory stick to download the updated software. It took an unreasonable amount of time to download the update into the memory stick, and threafter, into the vehicle. In fact,
The system never updated.. During my service visit today, April 25, 2023, I was told that I needed a 32 MB 3.0 memory stick to download software and then upload it into the vehicle. Apparently, even though I purchased a 32 MB memory stick, it was not a 3.0 . This is a nuisance. Acura should provide all service departments with the correct memory sticks, and when requested by the customer, they should download this navigation software update when requested by the customer. I’m not blaming the service department because they were obviously instructed by Acura about this policy. I was disappointed to learn that I had to jump through more hoops simply to update the navigation system that should have been updated from the beginning.

Although costly, the Service went well. The shop was very busy so either Acura’s break-down a lot or Acura owners take regularly scheduled maintenance seriously! I think it’s the latter! Acura’s are exceptional cars and require exceptional service, the kind of service Acura of Auburn delivers l. And I love the finishing touch: Free Car Wash!
I am happy about everything except the 3.5% technology fee. That feels like a new method to extract more from the customer. I know I pay a premium price for service from Acura of Auburn, and I'm willing to pay the premium because the service is great. But now there's a 3.5% Technology fee. That's the cost of doing business. There's always a fee for any business using a credit card. That's the cost of doing business. Somehow, I feel like this is a gimmick, a way to separate me from more of my money. Nickel and dime.
The staff, the service, all the rest I give 5 stars! Jeff is the best. A good man and good representative for Acura of Auburn!
