I had problems with dashboard lights coming on and off while traveling over weekend. I became concerned and called Auburn Accura Saturday after hours and left voicemail. I called Monday morning 8 am and service was already aware of problem! Good communication! My problem was resolved within an hour after I arrived Monday at 10:30 am. They even took care of recall issue! Nice job everyone!

Charging customers a separate fee for the use of a credit card at first seemed excessive. However in retrospect it’s better than burying the cost in
the hourly rate or parts cost. Jeff was upfront in explaining the options.
