Service was great as usual… I had an emergency with a flat tire and I was able to get it resolved quickly. Whenever I have had an unexpected emergency, Jeff and his team have been able to help me right away.

My husband has brought in my car for service. I have repeatedly mentioned that there is a small leak in the windshield which has progressively gotten worse. Dealership refused to acknowledge this or do anything about it b/c they couldn’t replicate the issue and basically called my husband a liar. My car is also under an extended warranty and he was told he would get charged a diagnosis fee.
Superb job as always! Our current ( and 6th ) car from Acura of Auburn is now 10 years old and still going thanks to the service we have received. Thanks!
