Kameryn was wonderful. She was very skilled at diffusing an irate customer (myself). I am more than frustrated with my car as I have taken it in 3 times for the same issue. The last time she told me that the next time I’d need to leave the car all day. When I made the next appointment I asked how long all day would be and I was told an hour, so that’s what I planned for. Little did I know that whoever made my appointment hadn’t consulted Kameryn’s notes or whatever, so I had to make a 4th appointment. I’m frustrated that I have to keep coming back for the same issue (perhaps I need a new vehicle?) and I’m furious that I had all the time in the world, but now I don’t and I have to put people out of their way to accommodate me for my 4th appointment (I’ve had the car for 4 weeks) next week. But Kameryn is a keeper. I hope she enjoys her well deserved upcoming vacation!

It took an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation, with an appointment scheduled in advance.

Bought 2 used cars in 40 days. They fifixthe issues I have had. More of a disappointment, and time consumming. Staff very great.
