From the moment the phone was answered to book the recall appointment to the time the service was finished, I received the best customer service I have had in years.
We were notified after 4.5 hours of the car being in the shop that the wrong part was ordered so the car would not be ready until the following day. Unfortunately, the vehicle was already dismantled so we were unable to get it back. That would have been fine if a loaner vehicle had been available but we were left in an unfortunate position of having to cancel some important plans due to not having transportation.
Natasha and the entire service team went above and beyond when my transmission had problems while on vacation visiting relatives in your area. I live in Wisconsin and had no idea how I was going to get myself, mother and 3 kids home had your team not made me a priority. I'm forever indebted to how absolutely empathetic, quick and on point your team and Natasha was in helping me out. I literally cannot praise Natasha enough.
I always feel as though Todd has my best interest in mind. I travel quite a bit by car and feel confident that everything has been thoroughly checked on my vehicle. Keep up the great job!!!

I would like to recommend that Joel the service team manager be recognized he was the only one in your company that listen to me and heard my concerns when my car was left half taken apart and he made sure that they fixed the problem that they caused I really appreciate the work, and the kindness from this man

Kameryn was very professional & pleasant. Due to the pouring rain she even ran out & drove my car back into the service area when it was ready for me so I wouldn’t have to get wet.
