It took twice as long for service. They were very accommodating but 4.5 hours versus 2.5
Katie is great. No issues with her at all. My issues are with the van. There is still a significant rattle coming from tue front end with every little bump I hit even though I just spent $2588 on new struts. Also, the cabin fan issue I had is still present Eben though the tech said it was resolved.
She was great really helped me out and took me in, It turns out I was a week early for my scheduled appointment and she didn’t blink an eye!

Joel Ortega was friendly, extremely profesional And is knowledgeable. We request him each time we come as he is so helpful & eases any concerns we have about the CRV. My husband and I feel he goes above & beyond,for example, he will wipe the interior windshield when we said it clogged up. We came in this time because of AC part replacement recall. Unfortunately, we have already had a problem with our CRV Ac at just a few years old.2018. Now we find out there is a leak & a$600 part that is cracked. (Discharge hose)! We were not preppy to pay that huge amount & suspects there is an AC manufacturer problem. Who shall I contact at Honda? This should be a recall situation. We have owned many Hondas as well as other old vehicles & no problems under 10 years old! We trust Joel Ortega as he was honest & understand that this was a huge amount & future problem . Please. Advise who I may contact about this AC issue, please. Thank you Tad & Gail Joniec

Joel was great about letting us know what the technician recommended we do for our Honda. He answered our questions and, in spite of it being very busy, he was relaxed and upbeat.
Please don’t contact me. It just took almost twice as long as quoted for the service. I was told 2 hours so I didn’t call for a ride but it took 3.5 hours. Super frustrating. And when I inquired about a status on my car, it was magically all done which made me feel like it had been done and they forgot to inform me.
She is super friendly and makes service a happy experience.
It's still not fixed, the light came right back on. Very frustrating
