Natasha was amazing. She took the worry and stress away from what was a very upsetting car issue. I hadn’t even owned my car year. Hearing the news my head gasket went was very discouraging. She was so helpful and pleasant through the whole process of getting this issue fixed and because of her amazing customer service I will be a returning customer for all my car needs. She took all the stress from the situation so I didn’t have to worry. I’ve never experienced such great service in a dealer service department. She goes above and beyond for her customers.
