I waited just shy of 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation…when I I got in my car the mat on the driver’s side was full of greasy footprints…I had just cleaned my car the day before…which they did clean after my complaint…I drove away and my low tire pressure light went off and the front driver’s side tire looked a little low when I arrived still looked the same…I said I was very skeptical if the tires had even been rotated…not sure I’m confident in your service department…sorry for being honest

On Tuesday, July 18, 2023 I brought my car in to get an Oil Change, Tire Rotation and Air Cabin Filter replacement. After paying the bill I drove off the lot and felt a difference in my car right away... My car did not feel right nor did it sound right but I "chalked" it up to the tires just being rotated. On Saturday, July 22 I drove on the highway, the sound was louder and the way my car was handling/driving I truly felt unsafe. So, on Monday, July 24 I returned to the Dealership in hopes to get a resolution to this serious problem. After my car was checked I was told that they could not figure out what the problem was so they re-rotated my tires back again and stated, "it could be something wrong with your tire(s), we just don't know but you don't really need tires"... and "well, hope it works and if there's any more problems just bring it back and we'll see what we can do". I also noticed on my customer receipt that the tires were rotated and air pressure was checked... the cap/stem on one of the tires cannot be removed so how was the air pressure checked? I am not a Mechanic so I have to rely on what I'm being told. I am a loyal customer and will continue to return for services but I was not comfortable or satisfied with the explanation I was given. I've always felt safe in my car but not after July 18. I should not be afraid to drive my car...
