Joel was great and personable and kept me updated. I still was not able to get the inspection sticker so that is why I did not put yes. It was also very difficult to get through to Honda on the phone.

I will admit that I didn’t let the rep say a ton. I was a very annoyed with the quote. 200 dollars to change light bulbs? How can a customer expect honesty with that service alone. One could argue that it takes longer to change wiper blades.
The service was performed quickly. Always an excellent experience.
