It was very easy to bring my Honda CRV in for the recall. Todd kept me informed every step of the way.
Todd was very friendly took my info, and made sure I knew that it would take several hours to repair the AC, if the repair was part of the recall/warranty extension, which it was.I didn't have a ride out so I knew I would be waiting. After the repair Todd got me told me what they did and I was on my way. No complaints.

It has been the worst experience I have ever had. I took my car to fix it and when I picked it up it had much more problems. Without taking responsibility, they had it for more than 35 days and they made me lose a lot of money. I have all the evidence about it.
