Only thing I would have liked that didn’t happen was to have been provided a total for the recommended services so that I wasn’t surprised by the more than $1,000 bill at the end.

Last minute I needed an inspection and it was done within a reasonable amount of time and with smiles.
Charging 3.5% for using credit cards is outrageous! Now along with interest charges there is this surcharge. Time to consider changing to a different place to have service done.
Employee was professional and nice to work with during my visit. Work was completed in a timely manner. I was shown other services that would be beneficial but was not pressured into having them dine.
Great job. Oil change transmission fluid change and brake fluid change all done in about an hour and a half!
Todd Downes was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has a great layman-technical speak, as well as being a great human and super considerate and respectful to me as his customer. He made sure all the details of the service I requested were explained and the pricing was complete and accurate. I will always ask for Todd when I have service done on my Honda.
Also I had a car ride with mechanic Jayden. He listened carefully to every concern I had and had some instinctual ideas of what the issue with the car was. He worked on my car and felt he was invested in my issues.
