I was very pleased with Sebastian’s service in every respect. Everyone at the Lancaster dealership who handled the repair process were professional and at the same time really pleasant. They asked probative questions and listened closely. Also, my car was fixed overnight and the price was reasonable, lower than expected in fact. I will buy my next crv there and will use the Service department again!
