I came in for my complimentary tire rotation and oil change. I marked my tires before bringing it to your facility as I had a feeling that my tires were not previously rotated. Sure enough, when my car was ‘ready’ to be picked up from being serviced, I noticed that my tires had NOT been rotated at all. The markings I had left on the tires were still in the rear. I will more than likely never purchase another vehicle from Ron Bouchards. This is a DISHONEST establishment.

I made a mistake and realized at 9:30 that we were an hour late for our service appointment. I phoned and Dan answered the phone and was extremely nice about this and said we could bring it over. When we got there I saw way more cars than usual and a line waiting to get in the service garage. The staff was giving everyone pleasant greetings and excellent service. Great job! I love my 2023 Honda CRV.
