After being there for an hour and a half after my scheduled appt my car still wasn’t ready. So I had to leave without it getting done and reschedule another appt. Super waste of time. And I got a message test afternoon (2 days after my appt Dayi h my car was ready. Which it wasn’t and was in my possession at the time). I shouldn’t have to was t that long for a simple oil change. I didn’t even need any tires rotated or anything. A super simple oil change.
He was professional,respectful, and provided a good impression of the dealership.
