I do not necessarily agree with the tech that my transmission is fine. It was not reacting properly not downshifting unless you stayed in the gas leading to an uncomfortable feeling. Under the 6 speed program, you did a triple drain and flush, and it restored proper operation, this was 18k miles ago. The same symptoms have returned and tech deemed nothing wrong per test drive. Besides, I was grumpy this morning as your coffee machine was out of coffee. I was told to go to Nissan for some, but their machine appeared completely dead.

I was met as soon as I entered the garage. Dillion was very professional and immediately made me relax about my car’s problem. As soon as the car was ready, he met me with my key and explained what work was done. I had a terrific experience

An oil and filter service was performed with a safety check on my van. The tire pressures were not set. I would think that the tire pressures would be automatic with a service. It doesn’t give me confidence that everything else was checked. I also had asked for specific items to be checked that I needed to remind the service writer of when he came to me with the prognosis. Maybe more attention to detail is needed.
