Only one of the recalled problems was fixed. Back in April my invoice stated that the door lock actuator was ordered and I still have not heard back. The young man I delt with was very kind and helpful. I would still like to have the door lock fixed as it has gotten much worse. Thank y
As a RBH customer for over 7 years, I noticed a significantly less “service oriented” experience this time.
Phone rings, no one answers when choosing “service”
No updates from service unless initiated by a question/request from me
No courtesy or rental cars available for a multi day repair
I assume RBH has changed its service offerings but it would be courteous to explain that to your customers who expect the same great service they have received for years.
