This was a return trip to fix the same problem I came in with the prior week: a leaky tire. The prior week I paid $100 for a sensor grommet on that tire, only to have the problem continue. I trust the new pressure sensor installed this time around on the tire will do the trick. I DID appreciate that this second service was provided at no charge. Thank you.

it took quite a while and i didn’t get a phone call to keep me in the loop as to what was going on with my car. a lot of me calling and being told i would get a call back and then not getting a call back.
As always, Dillon was very polite and helpful in getting my Pilot serviced. The work was done when he said it would be.
Joel , was great . A few things , I did not get a call saying my part was in , not knowing if I should drop off my truck the next day , I had to call around 4: pm . There was a problem with the installation, truck was in first thing in the morning, I called 3: pm, someone said they would check and call me back , not Joel, I got no call back . 4: pm, I called for 45 minutes before someone could answer me saying if my truck would be ready today. 4:45 yes it’s ready , 5:10 I got text saying it’s ready . Having to need my truck for work and having to look for a ride for work & pick up puts a lot unnecessary stress. Things could have been handled better with some communication. The truck was fixed & feels fine .
