Todd does a great job with a no-pressure approach to getting work done, and I appreciate that in a service liaison. He also takes the time needed to massage the quote and its offerings and not try to be sleazy to upsell the purchase. We got a quote for $1100 then I added a few changes. I was told it would be $1600. When we picked it up, it was $1400. We had a bunch of work done: oil change, four-wheel alignment, tires rotated, transmission fluid exchange, front and rear new pads, and front and rear rotors resurfaced. I believe it all got done. To trust a service liaison and the repair technicians means a lot to customers returning again and again to a dealer repair shop. Thank you, Todd.

I believe the service technicians are very thorough and they were honest especially letting me know they hear the noise that I hear but don’t know where it’s coming from . So they said if we could drop off a morning and let them have the day to investigate other options in order to find the issues and what is making the noise in front end. So I was grateful for the honesty and really trying but, wish the wait wasn’t so long but I do understand it takes time to figure things out and doing them right so I do understand that completely and grateful for that also. Just wish there was a happy medium but I would rather honesty and great work over speedy and bad outcome so definitely not complaining . Overall I have been very grateful for what they have delivered to me as well.

As a result of “Ron Bouchard Honda service” my family came back on a car with a steaming battery!!! A single spark could end with an explosion or serious injuries. Never in my life my family was put at such a blatant and senseless risk. Not to mention what this utmost unprofessionalism did to the car! The explanation was that service did not have batteries for Honda CRV, as if an appointment for … changing a faulty battery was not a week prior to the date of service! This is a situation where regulatory agencies should be involved to protect other customers and to do an initial audit with follow-ups in a manner that has oversight over services operations for an extended period of time to ensure safety of other customers. This should be a wake-up call for Honda dealership management: somebody will get serious accident due to profound unprofessionalism of technicians. Sincerely yours, Alexander

Joel is by far your best employee in my opinion. He is patient, kind, explains all the services fully, and he is attentive to any question that you may have. Actually, best service I have received in some time. Cordial, quick and efficient. Best part, no high pressure to get additional service done at this visit. Needed service explained and it was indicated that it could wait until next visit to complete giving me time to save up for the service.
