I was greeted immediately and work to be done was explained by very nice guy. He told me approximate amount if time work would take and he was correct. When work was almost done, he came to wsiting room and told me so I was able to gather up my things and was ready when he came back. Super nice person
I was very satisfied working with Natasha Allen. She was extremely personable and understanding. She did an awesome job during todays visit.
Sebastian was patient and willing to check to see if a warranty oil change could be performed (it was leftover from where I originally purchased my Honda). He even offered a small discount when it didn't work out. I also appreciated his concise and clear explanation on my car's status and upcoming service needs.

I sent my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, which was supposed to be about $100, however then it turned out to be more of an expense, because when they were doing the tire rotation, they broke my Lugnuts. I then had to pay for them, but honestly if the service people broke something on my car in my opinion, it should be Honda’s responsibility to pay for that said part.

Joel was very helpful. My complaint is that my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation was at 11:00am and I didn’t leave until 1pm. If you’re going to charge nearly 2x the rate for similar services at both an independent mechanic or a chain offering express services, one would hope to at least receive somewhat timely service.
You have the best service in New England! Perhaps the best in the country!

Made appt to address squeak brakes. Waited for an hour. After which was told I did need brakes. But they had to be ordered. So now I have to return for the service.
The young man who took care of me, was so nice and helpful and not condescending. I really liked him. I would definitely come back to have future maintenance done on my vehicle and anything else that pops up while owning it
