Brought in for detailing, exhaust tips not cleaned. Also, slow leak in tire, supposedly checked, said there was nothing yet I found a screw in tire even I got home.
Joel went above and beyond to help me with a leak in my car. He was more than accommodating and responsive and provided me with exceptional customer service.
I appreciated Sebastian answering questions about my Jeeps maintenance that were beyond the scope of my oil change/tire rotation.
Sebastian was great overall. I do want to point out some opportunities.
Always give the customer the FULL price. 860 in labor is a lot but we needed the car fixed. It sort of feels like we were in a corner.
Answer your texts. If the SMS system doesn’t allow that, state that in every text. I sent two both without response.
This 3.5% fee for a credit charge is undoubtedly the most ridiculous thing I have encountered! When people come for service it may be over 1000 which is the pos limit on debit cards for most people. Why would you want a check over credit? It could bounce! Additionally it makes it incredibly inconvenient for a family to plan pick up and payment. Two of us shouldn’t need to be there to pay for service.
And frankly… this is not any of your service techs but the dealership in general… we overpaid for a car because we bought in 2020. And this 2016 Honda has been nothing but a money pit in my opinion. When the time comes to trade or it is paid off… I will not return for a used car from you all. I feel taken advantage of.

The service rep was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered my questions. I was completely satisfied with his service. So far the work seems to have solved the problems the vehicle was having. The issues I had was the initial estimate was not included in any conversation after checkin and was then included in the price at the end. This was misleading and was has not been the practice at other dealers I have used for service. They tell me what the service will cost and that’s what I pay. I also have issue with the credit card service charge. This is another added fee that other dealers do not pass on to their customers. I will be taking my cars to these other dealers for service in the future.

My appointment was at 12:30. My car was done at 2:15. This time is unacceptable. Oil chang and new windshield blades. When I was cashing out the coupon I brought was not deducted from the price.
