I was given a BS reason why my tire pressure light started coming on. I was told since one tire is different that was causing the tire light to come on. I've had that tire for 5 months and my light has never had an issue until after it was serviced there for an oil change and a tire rotation. I'm not a mechanic but if that were true my light would have been coming on for months.

For a simple oil change and tire rotation I wasn’t satisfied with length of time it took. After 1.5 hours of patiently waiting, I finally went to ask when the car would be done and Sebastian looked like a deer in headlights scrambling to print my paperwork and stated the car had been done. Not sure how long he forgot about me and had I not gone to check on the car myself, how much longer would I have been sitting waiting?
Natasha was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. She kept me informed of the progress of the service and answered my questions truthfully. That makes me trust that the service was done right. Thank you.
