I had a pleasant experience interacted with four different people. Everyone was helpful & pleasant one man taught me how to make coffee a woman was showing me. the Honda apparel & trinkets another lady came in and talk to me about the process and the gentleman that signed me in was very helpful and explained how the free oil and filter change worked and about a recall on the seatbelt they checked it out said it’s OK, he was very helpful. We talked about a few other things also it’s pleasant to see a happy team of workers. Thank you.

Everything went very well and on time. The only question I have is why the tire pressures were increased to 36 psi. New tires were installed by you a few months ago and the pressure was set at 33 psi. What should be the set pressure? Regards
