I have owned Honda’s my whole life . We have 3 Honda’s today . This is my 3rd ridgeline . My 2022 Ridgeline’s check engine light ( misfire codes)went on after a long road trip with only 19000 miles on the truck . After turned the truck , the next day check engine light went off . Scheduled my appointment for service , but nothing was found. Concerned and disappointed that my new Honda is ready having issues . I’m contemplating looking for another vehicle if this continues .

Sebastian who checked me in was awesome. He was very attentive to every thing I said. By listening the problem was solved and repaired quickly. He got me in and out and kept me appraised on what was going on. The fact he took me at end of day and was able to get truck fixed at that time was great. Sebastisn never seemed to rush me or not listen to what I had to say. Great customer service skills, especially with how stressed I was. Thank you.

I was disappointed to learn about the 3.5% credit card technology fee. The service people were great but I find this extra fee frustrating.
