There was recommended work yet no one went into the waiting area to tell that to my mother who took the CRV in for service. This has never happened before. I tried to respond to the text message I received about the multipoint inspection yet my comments would not ‘submit’. I communicated to my mother to expect someone to find her to inform her that the CRV needed some work done yet no one went and spoke to her until she was told she was good to go. At that point no one told her there was recommended service. I am disappointed. The service is typically much better.

I must tell you we are very displeased with the 3% charge on credit card transactions. I have expressed this to the Service Advisors as well. I believe you guys are going to lose business over this practice. There must be another way to handle things. I have read your lengthy explaination why you do this and I understand it technically but I tell you from my years of business experience customers don’t want long explanations they want a smooth trustworthy experience. This practice disrupts that. Sincerely Hank Amabile.

Todd and his team took it upon them selves to fix things that I did not ask to be fixed and then charged me for this. I’m completely upset about this especially since my car is only 5yrs old and my head gasket blew which wasn’t cheap and my warranty had literally just expired. Asked Todd if there was anything that they could do and he said no
