I was told the parts to add a hitch and move a rear hatch sensor on our brand new 2024 CRV Hybrid Sport Touring AWD was in and scheduled the job to happen. My wife had to miss work to take care of this and then when she got there, was quoted the total as if all the parts were there only to find out when the car was picked up that the job had not been completed as promised and the job was not completed as we were told it would be by both Levon the salesperson and the person who I spoke with to schedule the appointment. When the woman from the dealership called to schedule I was told all of the parts were in. So now my brand new to of the line CRV is doesn’t even have functioning features. This is extremely disappointing as it is our first experience dealing with Ron Bouchard service. We get all of the work done on our cars at the dealership. This experience has me questioning whether I can rely on the level and quality of service I expect from a Honda dealership. Since work time was missed and since we STILL don’t have a fully functional BRAND NEW vehicle that we paid in full for something needs to be done to make this right and earn our continued business. I will be expecting to be contacted in the next day or two to have this issue corrected so I can have a fully functional brand new car like I paid for.
