Dillon was very helpful working through an extremely costly repair on my car. He coordinated with the warranty company, made sure I had a loaner, and communicated with me throughout the process. Dillon made a very stressful situation much easier, and I’m truly grateful!

Honda's service dept. is always friendly and efficient. My one "complaint" is scheduling an appointment for service. The robot who you "speak" to is inefficient, tyhe customer has to repeat ansers frequently because IT can't understand the customer and it is time-consuming and frustrating for the customer. Thank you for the opportinity to provide feedback.
