Honda's service dept. is always friendly and efficient. My one "complaint" is scheduling an appointment for service. The robot who you "speak" to is inefficient, tyhe customer has to repeat ansers frequently because IT can't understand the customer and it is time-consuming and frustrating for the customer. Thank you for the opportinity to provide feedback.
Natasha was efficient and friendly. Obviously knew her stuff. Sent me several texts re status and then came out to waiting area in person to go over inspection results.
